SNAP Cats rescued Scooter (and Sebastian) from Hanford, CA. Scooter and his brother, Sebastian, are the sweetest boys ever! Very playful, love human attention, and get along great with our other kitties. Both of Scooter's rear legs are twisted due to each missing a fibula (shin bone). But this doesn't slow him down. He literally handstands his way around, climbs stairs, cat trees, and into your lap. We'd like to see Scooter adopted with Sebastian as they are partially bonded.
