SNAP Cats rescued Simon from San Francisco, CA. Simon is a sweet cat. He's laid back, and gets along with everyone well. Simon needs two insulin injections daily, but with some of his fave treats, receives the injections without incident. And according to his foster mom, Simon is the “best foster cat ever!”
