SNAP Cats rescued Sebastian from Hanford, CA. Sebastian is a bundle of energy. He loves to explore new places, and loves human attention. His left rear leg is twisted but not causing any problems so it doesn't need to be removed. Sebastian came in with his brother, Scooter, who has both rear legs twisted.
