SNAP Cats rescued Whisper from Fresno, CA. Both Whisper and his brother, Rocky, are available. However, they are currently not walking due to their severe CH. We are working with them (physical therapy) to try to get them on their feet, so we're taking applications on them until we determine whether we think they'll walk or not. We'd like to see them adopted together, but they can go separately to the right homes.
